Join us for a magical Halloween evening filled with deep relaxation, ghostly tales, and messages from beyond the veil. Think peaceful yoga retreat meets friendly haunted house, minus the jump scares and rattling chains in the attic 🎃

We will begin with Yin Yoga led by Rebecca Risher, an experienced yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist. Through gentle, supported poses, Rebecca will help us release tension, quiet our busy minds, and open ourselves to the spirit realms. No yoga experience is needed. If you can lie on a mat and breathe, you are already highly qualified 💫

Once everyone is relaxed, energetically open, and possibly wondering whether that cold breeze came from the air conditioning, Psychic Medium Nicole Parish will share a couple of eerie ghost encounters from her own life. She will also talk about the thinning of the veil, the belief that the boundary between our world and the spirit world becomes easier to cross during the Halloween season 🔮

We will conclude with a psychic group reading, featuring messages, guidance, and validation from Spirit. We cannot guarantee who may drop in from the other side, but thankfully, they do not require their own yoga mats ✨

Come comfortable, curious, and ready to stretch your body, open your intuition, and perhaps hear from an unexpected guest.

Depending on the size of the group, not everyone will receive an individual reading. However, messages shared with others often bring meaningful guidance, comfort, or validation to everyone present. Spirit has a funny way of making sure the right message reaches the right person.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle yoga. Yoga mats and any other items participants should bring will be listed in the registration details.

Rebecca Risher is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and deep-rest practices. Her work is grounded, thoughtful, and intuitive, blending yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy work to create space for people to slow down, listen inward, and pay attention to what is true for them.

Rebecca offers private Reset Sessions, retreats, women’s circles, and yoga throughout Central Texas. Her work draws from decades of study and practice in yoga and meditation alongside Reiki, crystal energy, sound therapy, and other energetic practices.
