Join Well Spent Social for Well Spent with the Ghouls, a community event at studio 140 in the Las Vegas Arts District featuring movement, giving back, local businesses, and new connections.

FOR YOU — Move with Intention
At 3 PM, join us for a one-hour Mat Pilates class led by Claudia of studio 140. Take an hour to move your body, be present, and do something intentional for yourself.
FOR SOMEONE ELSE — Give with Intention
We’re partnering with HELP of Southern Nevada to collect donations for the Shannon West Homeless Youth Center.
Admission is FREE, but Pilates attendees are required to bring a minimum of 2 qualifying donation items, brand new and unopened.
Requested items:
Bar soap • Body wash • Bonnets • Cotton swabs • Detergent • Hair cream for all hair types • Hair picks • Hangers • Loofahs • Lotion • Mesh laundry bags • Pajama pants • Razors • Shaving cream
Feeling generous? Every qualifying item beyond your required two earns 1 raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes from our local raffle partners.
1 additional item = 1 raffle ticket
Raffle winners will be announced at the end of the event!

From 4–5:30 PM, stay for our Mix & Mingle. Meet someone new and shop, support, and discover local Las Vegas businesses.
Not joining Pilates? The Mix & Mingle opens to the public at 4 PM. Come hang out, support local, and bring a donation!
