VIP reserved seating is held for up to one hour after the advertised event start time.

Depending on your booking, celebrations may include birthday recognition, signs, special moments with our hosts and other UBX birthday experiences.

For birthdays, group celebrations and special occasions:

Private VIP sections may be available for groups, birthdays and celebrations.

Sections provide reserved seating for your group and are limited.

Reserved sections will only be held for up to two hours after the advertised event start time.

If your group has not arrived and claimed the section within that two-hour period, the section may be released.

No refunds will be issued for sections forfeited because of late arrival.
