This place is MASSIVE, and trust us, it’s not for the faint of heart. Nestled in the woods of Rockville, Indiana, the Indiana State Sanatorium has a past that's as eerie as it is fascinating. Perfect for the Halloween Season!! Once a tuberculosis hospital, medical center, then a nursing home & mental health facility, and eventually left abandoned, it’s seen a lot. And now… it’s time to investigate.
We’ll be taking over the grounds for one full night of guided or free-roam investigating. Think: dark hallways, empty patient rooms, echoing stairwells, and that unmistakable heavy feeling that you’re not alone. Whether you’re chasing shadows, asking questions with your spirit box, or just trying not to get lost, this place delivers the full haunted hospital vibe.
We will be on-site investigating right alongside you, but you’ll also have the freedom to explore on your own if you want to go off alone. Reports from other guests include shadow figures darting down halls, phantom voices, doors opening on their own and so much more.

For the last hour you have the building to yourself for a free roam experience! We only sell 10 tickets max for this exclusive add on!
