9/10/24 Update: The Howling Halloween Hike has officially sold out. Thank you and we can't wait to see you all there! 🎃👻🍂🍬Join us for the 4th annual Howling Halloween Hike! Trick-or-treaters will navigate the trails of the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and visit different booths while hearing the wolves howl and owls hoot. New this year - two sessions! Session 1 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. is geared towards little ones who would like to walk while there is still daylight. If you're looking for the full "howling experience", we encourage you to register in session 2 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Come dressed in costume and be ready for a hoot of a time!
Paid participants will receive a trick-or-treat bag with treats, a map, and glow sticks. Booths throughout the trail will have activities, games, and more treats to collect. A campfire, music, and s'mores station will also be available.
The cost is $6 per trick-or-treater. Parents and those who do not want a treat bag: Please do not register yourself – only register your child(ren) who will be trick-or-treating. This event has sold out in previous years so we want to make sure as many kids as possible can participate. Check-in and bag pickup will take place at the entrance of the Wildlife Sanctuary from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Parking for this event will be at Bay Beach Amusement Park.
