Crystal sound bowl healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the powerful vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls to help release muscle tension reduce stress and promote a sense of harmony from within.
Come join us inside at the Howard Commons Activity Complex for a relaxing healing session and Halloween music themed session.
Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
