� HALLOWEEN CIRCUIT – 26TH OCTOBER �This isn’t your regular circuit… costumes are a requirement �. Same meeting point as always, but this time we’re turning the whole session into a spooky fundraiser in support of Forth Valley Veterans.
For every single pound donated, our trainers will pay the price with 1 push-up each (and if the crowd fancies, we’ll swap it out for burpees or squats – your donations, your rules). �
This is all about community, having a laugh, and backing a great cause. Come ready to train, dressed to impress, and bring the energy. The scarier the costume, the better. ��

� Where: Callander House Park
� What to bring: Water, layers, and your best spirit
� Why: 100% of donations go directly to supporting Forth Valley Veterans
Best costume on the day will also win a little prize �.
Let’s make this our biggest turnout yet, raise as much as we can, and push ourselves further while supporting those who’ve served. Rain or shine, we’ll be there.
