What is a Therapy Dog Team you might be asking?
A Therapy Dog Team is made up of a carefully screened volunteer handler and their personally owned, evaluated dog. Our beloved therapy dogs come in all shapes, sizes, breeds and ages and together as a team, they bring comfort, connection, joy and emotional support to people throughout our communities. Our Therapy Dog Teams visit care homes, hospitals, airports, schools, universities, workplaces and community events, supporting people of all ages from children to seniors.
