Gather your coven and prepare for a night of magic, mischief, and mayhem with Crawlers Party Bus! This Halloween season, we're transforming our bus into a spellbinding sanctuary for a ladies-only pub crawl that's sure to cast a spell on you.
Join us for an enchanting evening where witches rule the night! Dress up in any witch attire and we'll whisk you away to some of the spookiest pubs in town, each one ready to serve you potions that will have you cackling with delight. Our first bar stop will include a bite to eat while we mingle and prime ourselves for dancing, debauchery and a freakishly good time!
Our bus will Pick Up/Drop Off at the following two locations:
8:00PM – Hayes Social Bistro (formally Ciccarelli's) @ 46793 Hayes Rd., Shelby Twp, MI 48315 ***Please park and be ready to check in and board along Hayes Rd (by the sign), as that is where the bus will pull in and stop – NOT by the building.***
8:25PM – Dollar Tree parking lot @ 45409 Marketplace Blvd., Chesterfield MI 48051
***Please arrive at your preferred pick up location a bit EARLY - the bus cannot wait for anyone as we have a schedule to keep!
Our Pub Crawl/Tour will take approximately 5 hours, and we will drop off at the Ciccarelli’s location first (around 1:30AM), and at the Dollar Tree location (around1:55AM).
IF YOU ARE NOT FROM THE AREA, there is a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Fairfield Inn just across the parking lot from our Dollar Tree pick up/drop off location if you’d like to reserve a room.
FAQs:
- Do I have to dress like a Witch?
YES! This is a WITCH BUS pub crawl, and half the fun is seeing everyone’s costumes as well as the shock on the bar patrons’ faces as 35 Witches come howling into each bar! Believe us, you will regret it if you show up in jeans and a lame witch hat. Even our party bus will even be decorated in a Witch theme!
- Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
YES! This is a 21+ event, and no minors will be allowed on the bus. Please bring a valid ID (no matter what your age), as it is also required to enter the bars that we will go to.
- What can I bring into the event?
You can bring a small (laptop size) cooler with including alcoholic beverages along on the bus. We do not want a bunch of larger coolers, as we want to leave as much room as possible on the bus for dancing and partying! Please use a cup with a lid or resealable aluminum bottles/cans to avoid spills if possible. Please, NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS. You may leave your belongings on the bus with the driver, but we are NOT responsible for personal items as there will be other passengers on the bus, and we cannot keep track of who brought what.

- Will the event be cancelled due to weather?
This event will be rain or shine.
- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Tickets do not have to be printed if you show your electronic ticket.
- If I miss the 'be back on the bus’ time, what do I do?
It is your responsibility to be back on the bus at the time specified at each bar arrival. Our Head Witch (pub crawl tour guide) will be in each bar with the group and will give everyone a '10 minute warning' approximately 10 minutes before it is time to be on the bus. This will be your 'heads up' notice to finish your drink, use the restroom or step outside to smoke before the bus leaves. If you still miss the departing bus, you may Uber to the next bar stop and rejoin the group. No refunds will be given if you choose not to, and the bus will not return to pick you up. Our busses are on a tight schedule in order to allow our guests a good amount of time at each bar --- PLEASE BE PROMPT.
- Is there a restroom on the bus?
There is not a restroom on the bus, but there are restrooms at each bar stop, and the bars are not very far apart.
- What's the refund policy?
Sorry, no refunds.
