Venue Live Oak Trick or Treat Station Host

Join us for a spooktacular time at Venue Live Oak! Please sign up if you'd like to host a Trick or Treat station. If you are signing up, you are agreeing to provide candy to pass out to your neighbors of all ages. We will have some candy to provide to you to help you get started. Please consider providing allergy-friendly alternatives as well as we have quite a few neighbors with allergies and dietary restrictions. You can find ideas and

We will have a contest where neighbors can vote on their favorite station, so go all out with decor if you wish for a great prize if you win! You can find fun ideas HERE. You can also do games/activities if you wish. Please ensure your decor is family-friendly (i.e. not too scary).

We will provide

• 1 table, 2 chairs
• Some candy to start you out

Set up begins at 5PM (event start at 6PM), and tear down around 8:30-9pm. You will be responsible for set up and tear down, please.
