PLEASE NOTE

THIS FORM IS ONLY TO SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE IN DECORATING YOUR CAR FOR THE EVENT. Admission is free, and no ticket is needed to attend.

The City of Hialeah will provide candy to the cars participating in the event to pass out to attendees. Cars need to be on-site no later than 5:00 PM and fully decorated by 6:00 PM, when the event starts.
