This Halloween-themed, donation-based yoga class is raising funds for SafeHouse of Seminole, our local domestic violence shelter. Since October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we’re flowing together to support survivors in our community. 💜
Wear your favorite spooky gear 🕸️👻, bring your mat, and get ready for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and fun with the ghouls!
