Join us in-person for a special Halloween version of our CE classes where you can earn 3 CE credit hours over 3 different necessary real estate topics everyone should be dying to learn more about. (Terrible pun intended.)The venue and lunch are provided thanks to City Bank Mortgage.
Schedule:
10:30am - 11am: Check-in
11am - 12pm: Death, Guardianship and Real Estate
12pm - 12:30pm: Lunch is Served thanks to City Bank Mortgage
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Transfer on Death vs. Life Estate Deeds
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Heirship Affidavits vs. Probating Wills
Cost:
$30 TOTAL ($10/per CE credit hour - required by TREC)
