Lau Lapides Company in partnership with The Growth Coach Of Boston West is throwing a huge sensory-friendly party that mixes adaptive fashion, real-deal self-expression, and early Halloween vibes in person and on Zoom. Welcome toThe Neurospicy Show, flipping the traditional runway on its head to celebrate neurodivergent models, actors, voice over talent, singers, and all people unconventional for game-changing designs and THE most fun and immersive event in the Northeast. Whether you're coming for the live, VIP runway show, or you just love supporting inclusive creators, or just want a cool, low-stress weekend outing with the family, we want you there! And the best news yet, a portion of our proceeds will go to Birchtree, NH, a fabulous non-profit that promotes inclusion and community growth for autistic individuals through holistic approaches to education in person and on Zoom.

Lau Lapides is the producer of The Neurospicy Show, and the Owner and President of , with hybrid training and production studios in Boston, NYC and LA. A nationally recognized acting coach, producer, media strategist and executive communication expert, Lau has been acting, directing, producing and consulting for over 30 years across the entertainment and corporate sectors. As the proud pioneer and VO Talent Agent Artist for MCVO, A Division Of MC Ayers, Inc. in Boston, she leads a voiceover roster showcasing top talent from coast to coast and representing artists from five countries worldwide. Her business coaching company, specializes in Strategic Mindset, Sales Mastery, Leadership Development and Media Consulting. She has been recognized as the 2026 Best In Business for MetroWest.
Special NYC guest, animation star Voice Over talent, Transformer (from Cartoon Network’s “Transformers Cyberverse” as the iconic character, “DEAD END”) Xavier Paul Cadeau, is a featured panelist! Xavier “XMAN” is a nationally recognized on air and voice over talent. From ESPN to HBO Sports, and was the show announcer for “LIVE with Kelly & Ryan”. Xavier can also be heard as the voice in a variety of many entertainment experiences!
And, our delicious drag diva for the day (we have to have a drag diva on this one), Sauvignon Blanc the most memorable Rhode Island-based drag performer, entertainer, and producer! Sauvignon is the founder of Haus of Pro Entertainment LLC and has been performing drag for over two years, bringing high-energy performances and LGBTQ+ entertainment to stages throughout New England. She has featured in drag brunches, trivia events, and community celebrations, Sauvignon has welcomed thousands of guests along the way!
Our world-famous German voice over artist & producer Sabahattin Cakiral from OntoVoice, is the brand voice of Andrea Bocelli, and also a business program trainer. OntoVoice® combines professional voice recording, multilingual performance, storytelling, acting, communication training and business experience. He has partnered with Lau Lapides Company to create the most innovative and advanced The Power of Voice, helping artists, teams and organizations communicate their message more clearly, authentically and persuasively.
International talent agent (Agency Director of UMT Agency in Spain) & published author Gissele Ospina, engages in bilingual talent partnerships and is an entertainment executive with more than 20 years in the acting and modeling industry. She handles talent representation, casting, booking, scouting talent, production, contract negotiation, and business development across U.S. and international markets.
Kristie Raymond, Casting Director and talent manager (HumanKind Casting), has more than 30 years working tirelessly, using creative powers for good in the marketing and entertainment industries, working with clients that don’t just create images, but who want to create meaningful impact.
