Event Warning:

The Haunted Carwash is an intense, immersive Halloween attraction designed to frighten guests.The attraction may include, but is not limited to: Loud noises, Sudden scares, Live actors, Darkness, Strobe lights, Fog and theatrical haze, Flashing lights, Low visibility, Moving props, Animatronics, Uneven pavement, Confined environments, Strong sound effects, Emergency lighting, Special effects, Startling visual and audio experiences and Participation is voluntary.

Assumption of Risk

By attending The Haunted Carwash, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with attendance and participation.These risks include, without limitation: Emotional distress, Anxiety, Fear, Panic, Startle reactions, Slips, trips, and falls, Physical injury, Illness, Medical emergencies, Damage to personal property, Damage to vehicles and other unforeseen risks inherent in attending a live haunted attraction. Y ou acknowledge that serious injury or death may occur from risks inherent in participating in a live entertainment attraction.

You voluntarily choose to participate despite these risks.

Medical Warning

DO NOT ENTER if you: Have a heart condition, Have asthma or respiratory illness, Are pregnant, Have epilepsy or seizure disorders, Are sensitive to strobe lights, Have severe anxiety or panic disorders, Have PTSD or claustrophobia. Have any physical or medical condition that could be aggravated by this attraction. You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily release, waive, and agree to hold harmless The Haunted Carwash, its owners, affiliates, sponsors, venue owners, landlords, property owners, employees, independent contractors, performers, volunteers, vendors, licensors, advertising partners, successors, assigns, and agents from claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, expenses, or attorney's fees arising out of or relating to your attendance at or participation in The Haunted Carwash, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.

Vehicle Responsibility

The driver is solely responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle.

Drivers agree to:

Maintain full control of the vehicle at all times.

Follow all staff instructions.

Keep vehicle speed at or below the posted limit.

Keep all occupants inside the vehicle.

Keep windows closed unless instructed otherwise.

Keep doors closed and locked.

Remain on the designated route.

The Haunted Carwash is not responsible for vehicle damage, mechanical failures, accidents, or property damage resulting from driver actions, failure to follow instructions, acts of third parties, weather, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Personal Property:

The Haunted Carwash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.Guests are responsible for securing all personal belongings before entering the attraction.

Guest Conduct

Guests agree not to:

Exit their vehicle.

Touch performers.

Touch props or scenery.

Throw objects.

Use abusive or threatening language.

Intentionally damage property.

Drive recklessly.

Ignore staff instructions.

Anyone violating these rules may be removed immediately without refund.

Right to Refuse Admission :The Haunted Carwash reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for any conduct that threatens the safety of guests, performers, staff, or property.

Photography & Video Release: By attending The Haunted Carwash, you grant permission for your name, likeness, voice, image, photograph, video, and vehicle to be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, and used by The Haunted Carwash in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation, for advertising, promotional, editorial, marketing, or commercial purposes.

Ticket Purchaser Responsibility: The individual purchasing tickets represents and warrants that they have the authority to purchase tickets for every person in their vehicle and agree to these Terms on their own behalf and, where legally permitted, on behalf of all occupants.The purchaser agrees to inform all occupants of these Terms before attending.

Minors: Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the minor's participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Weather: This is a Rain or Shine event.The Haunted Carwash reserves the right to delay, suspend, modify, or cancel the event because of severe weather, emergency conditions, government orders, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Refund Policy:

All Ticket Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or attendance at The Haunted Carwash shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
