Samhain - an ancient Gaelic and Celtic festival on 11/1
Ancient Celts believed the boundary between the physical world and the Otherworld grew thin during Samhain, allowing spirits, ancestors, and supernatural beings to cross over
Mine and Grace's second event, super excited! We will be doing a movement embodied dance workshop, a mini ecstatic dance then followed by a breath workshop, then a guided reiki and energy healing sound bath journey with drums, chimes, and didgeridoo
Bring a blanket and a yoga mat!
$10-25 sliding scale, rsvp ahead of time please!
