The Denver duo broke through in 2024 with their remix of Fireboy DML's "Peru." &ME played it early, Keinemusik co-signed it, and the bookings followed: Circoloco Ibiza, Club Space Miami, Surf Club Dubai. This summer they ran Lollapalooza Chicago, Hi Ibiza and Void Mykonos. Their new record "Just A Feeling" is out now on Maccabi House.

Melodic house built for a room, not a field. This is the close-out set for the people who came to the city for the music and want the night to land somewhere that sounds right.

By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, I assume responsibility at my own risk and have no rights to a refund if this event is canceled for any reason including but not restricted to: divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, new COVID-19 restrictions or personal perspective & evaluations. This event is rain or shine.

REFUND POLICY AND EVENT TERMS

All ticket and table sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, online or at

the door, you agree to this no-refund policy.

REQUIRED EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

- The event is cancelled or is not fully performed

- The event is postponed and not rescheduled within

90 days of the postponement

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email [REFUND EMAIL] with your order number and the name

on the order. We respond to all refund requests within

five business days.

By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table for this

event, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. NON-REFUNDABILITY

All ticket and table reservations are non-refundable

except in the circumstances listed above. This policy is

communicated at the time of purchase and your completed

transaction serves as acknowledgment of this condition.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your

attendance at the event, including but not limited to

risks of injury, illness, damage, loss, or expenses of

any kind. Refunds will not be issued for change of

personal circumstances, change of mind, travel

disruption, denied entry due to conduct or intoxication,

or failure to present valid identification.

3. RELEASE AND WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release,

covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the

venue, event organizers, promoters, vendors, and each of

their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates,

divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords, along with their

officers, directors, and employees, from any claims

arising out of or related to your attendance at the

event. This release does not apply to claims arising

from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any

liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.

4. EVENT CONTINUITY

This event proceeds rain or shine. Refunds will not be

provided due to weather conditions or a change in

personal circumstances or evaluation.

5. LINEUP CHANGES

Support acts are subject to change and may be

substituted without notice. Set times are subject to

change.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

If circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable

control require the event to be cancelled or postponed,

refunds will be handled according to the Required

Exceptions stated at the top of this policy.

7. TRANSFERS

Tickets may be transferred to another person at no

charge. Email [REFUND EMAIL] with your order number and

the new attendee's full name and email address at least

24 hours before doors.

8. ADMISSION

21+ with valid government-issued photo identification.

No exceptions. Management reserves the right to refuse

entry to or remove any guest whose conduct threatens the

safety or experience of others. No refund is issued in

these cases.

9. MEDIA

By entering, you consent to being photographed, filmed,

or recorded, and to the use of that footage for

promotional purposes.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable

under applicable law, that provision will be limited or

removed to the minimum extent necessary and the

remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
