CALLING ALL 'RIPPEROLOGISTS'!Join Alternative Ulstours' 'Master of the Macabre' Andrew Johnston for an illustrated Terror Talk on Jack the Ripper's bloody Belfast legacy.
Andrew will discuss several suspects with local links to the case, including the nephew of a revered Ulster politician and an honoured member of the British Royal Family.
But perhaps most disturbing is Belfast's 'man with the knives', who was investigated on suspicion of being the Whitechapel murderer - and freed. Could Belfast have let Jack the Ripper get away?
The talk will also cover the many horrific copycat attacks that terrorised the north of Ireland, a bizarre mob chase in Belfast city centre and the Irish roots of some of Jack's victims.
So, come along to the iconic Sunflower Public House, buy a drink, pull up a seat and let Andrew take you back to 1888's 'autumn of terror'...
