Welcome to our annual Halloween Special featuring an amazing lineup of artists, DJs, video games, costume competition and more!
NINJASPARK
After 13 years Ninjaspark finally reunited at Subkultfestivalen this summer. One of the band members celebrated his birthday at the reunion so their instruments ended up covered in a layer of cake and blood.
Ninjaspark is never lazy when it comes to giving everything they've got for the crowd, even if it includes a trip to the hospital for medical care afterwards. Come and celebrate Halloween with the band that mixes annoyingly catchy chiptune music, poisoned with pure madness!
JEROEN TEL
Get ready for a spine-chilling musical journey as legendary Dutch video game music composer Jeroen Tel takes the stage. Known for his iconic soundtracks in the Commodore 64 era, Jeroen is a pioneer in chiptune music which we are proud to present.
BOY VS BACTERIA
Blending danceable videogame vibes, electrifying beats, and catchy pop tunes, Boy vs Bacteria takes listeners on a vibrant musical adventure with retro gaming sounds!
KARATEGAMERS
Karategamers provides many more video games to play than the regular nightclub.
COSTUME COMPETITION
Everyone at the event is automatically a part of our costume competition, you do not need to register specifically to partake.
The prize giving ceremony will be held during the night, where the winners will be announced by our judges.
The competition itself will be judged on the following criteria:
Uniqueness
Creativity
Execution/ Composition
In two categories:
Best Single Costume (3 prices)
Best Group (1 price)
With this said this is a fun light-hearted competition with the goal to encourage our guests to dress up a bit, although it's of course not mandatory in any way.

VENUE
The venue is Magasinet on Söder Mälarstrand 25 in Stockholm near Slussen and there's an age limit of 18 years or older.
Doors open on Saturday October 26th at 20:00 and wardrobe is included in the ticket price.

THE RULES OF SYNTAX ERROR
Be respectful.
Syntax Error is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or favorite Star Trek captain. The only thing that is not welcome is acting disrespectful against other guests, the venue staff or the crew.

No harassment of any kind.
This includes all forms of unsolicited touching, grabbing, inappropriate gestures or comments or "jokes" at the expense of others.
If someone asks to be left alone, respect that, move along and don't take it personally.
Always make sure you have consent before touching or otherwise engaging with other guests. If you're unsure, just ask, and no means no.
Reach out to our crew
If someone is making you feel uneasy, if you need to talk to someone confidentially or if you just want to chat, grab the closest person wearing a red Syntax Error crew t-shirt.
We in the crew are dedicated to making sure everyone has a good time during our events. You can also email us at [email protected] if you need to get in contact with us and don't feel like talking to a person directly. Talking in person is however the preferred way if we need to act on another guest that is behaving inappropriately so that we can intervene immediately.
If you can't get behind these simple rules, please refrain from visiting our events. If you purposely do not comply with the rules during an event you WILL be ejected from the venue without question.
