Based in Nashville, TN, Hang on Health is a brand new nonprofit that empowers entrepreneurs to build mental resilience to achieve peak performance - personally and professionally. Through easily accessible and credible education, community and coaching, entrepreneurs will gain clarity, stability, optimism and belonging.
On October 31, Hang on Health will host its very first Summit Session featuring two brave entrepreneurs…
- Allie Williamson, founder and Chief Diva of Southern Domestic Divas and newly awarded Nashville’s 2024 Most Admired CEO by the Nashville Business Journal, and
- Bryan Barringer, managing partner of Flow Venture Labs, influential ecosystem builder for founders and keynote speaker.
Allie and Bryan will remove their masks (even though it's Halloween) and share the behind the scenes raw and honest stories of their businesses that have caused their mental health struggles. Their willingness to be vulnerable and reveal things about the inner workings of their success is something to be admired. Hang on Health is incredibly grateful to Allie and Bryan for helping us not feel so alone.
A light breakfast of bagels, fruit and coffee will be provided.
