SUMMERWEEN IS COMING TO THE NEON DISTRICT!

Who says you have to wait until October for Halloween?

Join us on Friday, July 31 for Summerween, a one-night-only celebration where spooky season meets summer fun! Stroll through the NEON District and visit decorated participating businesses while collecting candy, treats, and festive giveaways along the way!

Whether you're a year-round Halloween enthusiast or looking for a fun family outing, Summerween is the perfect way to support local businesses, while celebrating the creative spirit of NEON.

- Enjoy Halloween fun in the middle of summer
- Collect treats and surprises
- FREE ice cream from the ice cream truck parked at The PLOT
- Explore Norfolk's vibrant arts district
- Come dressed in your favorite costume!

Admission is free, costumes are encouraged, and Halloween lovers are especially welcome.

Registration required - we need to know how much ice cream and candy is needed!

Mark your calendars and join us for a little midsummer mischief in the NEON District.

Park at the Opera House on the Granby Street side and then head down Granby Street to hit all the stops!

** Special tote bags for candy & giveaway collecting will be provided (as long as supplies lasts).

** Free ice cream for first 200 attendees.

** More businesses being added to the Summerween Map. Final map will be shared directly with registrants prior to the event.
