Spooky Collage Riso

Details

Join local artist, Catdroool, for a special Halloween-themed edition of Collage Riso. In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn the basics of Risograph printing and create your own 2-color, orange and black Risograph creation using analog materials.

What's included:

• a brief history of Risograph printing
• an overview of how the Risograph machine works
• direction and inspiration to create your 2 layer creation
• spooky-theme analog materials: black paper, shocking yellow paper, scissors, found images, stamps, markers
• 10 editions of your creation to take home or trade with other workshop attendees; Lot’sa will keep 1 edition to possibly include in a future Art Show ;)

• coupon to the Lot’sa shop; redeemable at the workshop or for 90 days after workshop completion
• bubbly water

Workshop fee covers all supplies and materials needed. You are welcome to bring your own drawings, print-outs, and materials to use if you’d like. No previous experience is necessary or expected.

Workshop Tickets are Final Sale and not eligible for refunds:

• Our Workshop Tickets are like concert or event tickets - they are non-refundable but are transferable to a different person. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, you may find some one to take your place.
• If someone else will be taking your ticket, Email Us and let us know their name so we can add it to our list. In the case of unsafe weather like a severe snow storm, we will cancel the workshop and reschedule for a future date.

Accessibility Note: Lot’sa is located on a ground floor. There is a single stall bathroom, (not ADA accessible). There is an ADA accessible bathroom at a nearby business if needed.
