The Spooktacular Stroll begins at Citi-Club and winds through Lost Plantation, down Fort Howard Road, crosses Highway 21, and ends with a Halloween trunk or treat celebration at Freedom Park.
Whether you're walking, dancing, or entertaining along the route, come help us create a fun new Halloween tradition for the City of Rincon!
