The Rusty Frets bring their full live show to The Jack London Revue this Halloween, delivering a headline performance with the band's signature blend of feel-good reggae, rock and soulful grooves, backed by their full horn lineup.
Since forming in Bend, Oregon in 2023, The Rusty Frets have quickly built a strong presence across the Pacific Northwest reggae scene. Their original music has generated more than 231,000 Spotify streams, with three singles reaching the iTunes Reggae Top 100.
Their live credits include stages shared with Julian Marley, Afroman, Kash'd Out, Kyle Smith and Sensamotion, along with appearances at the Oregon and Boise Reggae Festivals. They have also headlined Little Woody Fest, along with Bend's Summer, Fall and Winter Fests. In 2025, they joined Afroman for a performance at Hayden Homes Amphitheater during Bend WinterFest.
Their 2024 single “Swervy,” featuring G. Love & Special Sauce, marked another step forward for a band continuing to build its audience well beyond Oregon. With a new full-length album currently in production at Somni Studios, The Rusty Frets arrive in Portland with fresh music, a full band and plenty of momentum behind them.
Opening the evening is Midnight Cove, the six-piece Central Oregon outfit bringing their groove-heavy West Coast sound to the Jack London stage following the release of their latest single, “Let It Rain.”
