Llanyrafon Manor Farm from 2026 👻
Tickets are available by email or pm this page, alternatively the tickets will go live over the next few days on our website.
Times: 7PM – 1AM
(Gates open strictly at 6.45PM – not before, as we’ll be busy setting up)
Price: £59 per person
Deposit: £20 per person secures your space – remaining balance due 21 days before arrival

• Welsh Lamb Cawl served with rustic bread & Welsh cheddar

Hauntings
• Llanyrafon Manor Farm is notoriously haunted – a former Cistercian monks farm dating back to the 1100’s with the main house built in 1550.
• Many ghosts haunt the manor house, outbuildings and grounds – monks have been heard and seen inside the house and wandering the grounds , children’s spirits play on the upper floors, Walter Griffiths’s makes an appearance from time to time (as captured during one of our events in 2025) - Florence Griffiths roams the first floor corridors and her bedroom.
• Wear flat shoes and dress for the weather.
• No naked flames inside the building.
• Parking: right-hand side of the car park, then walk through the orchard path to the main house.
• Please bring a torch and spare batteries – paranormal energy is known to drain them quickly.
• Do not touch historical interpretation pieces – CCTV is running throughout.
• Valuables are your own responsibility.
• Smoking & vaping: outside the front door only – please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
