MARCH - Wheel & Bearing Selection Workshop

Explore our extensive wheel library and learn how different wheel types and bearings affect your skating experience. Get personalized advice from Mel on selecting the perfect setup for your skating style and needs.

APRIL - Wheel Dying Workshop

Watch a professional demonstration of wheel dying techniques using specialized equipment. Learn about color selection, preparation methods, and safety considerations for customizing your wheels.

MAY - Summer Skate Preparation

Get your skates ready for outdoor adventures! Learn about outdoor-specific gear and protection methods, plus add some summer flair to your setup. Session includes creating a seasonal skate charm and discussing outdoor skating essentials.

JUNE - Boot Customization Techniques

Learn professional methods for dying and painting skate boots, including preparation steps and common pitfalls to avoid. We'll demonstrate various finishing techniques including glitter application. Practice on provided material samples. (Note: Bring your own boots to customise. Depending on your chosen project you may need to finish at home.

JULY - Boot Care Refresher: Leather & Suede

A second opportunity to master boot maintenance! Learn proper cleaning and protection techniques for various boot materials. Cleaning supplies provided for use on your own skates or our practice pairs.

AUGUST - Wheel & Bearing Maintenance Refresher

Another chance to perfect your wheel and bearing maintenance skills. Practice proper cleaning techniques using either your own equipment or our rental skates.

SEPTEMBER - Plate & Cushion Masterclass

Understand the fundamentals of skate plates and cushions, including types, adjustment techniques, and maintenance. Watch our team take plates apart and learn how different setups affect your skating experience.

OCTOBER - Halloween Skate Styling

Transform your skates for the spooky season! Create Halloween-themed accessories and learn about indoor setup optimization for the coming winter months. Includes custom lace selection and seasonal decorating techniques.
