🌑🕯️Experience an evening of beach yoga, sound healing, and sacred reflection on Thursday, October 29th at St. Pete Beach.
START TIME: 6:30 PM
As the sun sets and the sky moves from twilight into darkness, we’ll gather on the beach surrounded by glowing candlelight, creating a peaceful space to slow down, soften, and fully arrive in this special time of year.
In this celestial ceremony, we honor Samhain, an ancient Celtic seasonal festival marking the transition from autumn into winter. Traditionally, Samhain is a time of honoring our ancestors, reflecting on what has come before, releasing what we no longer need to carry, and making space for what is beginning.
You don’t have to follow any particular spiritual path to connect with the meaning of this evening. We’ll approach Samhain in a grounded, inclusive and heart-centered way, using the changing season as an invitation to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect with ourselves, nature, and community.
Through gentle beach yoga and a deeply restorative sound bath, we’ll honor the natural cycles of life and the wisdom that comes with letting go.

This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

The sun sets at around 6:48pm and we will complete our practice surrounded by glowing candlelight and the sound bath filling our bodies with healing resonance.
