Join us for the Running Scared 5K, our annual fun run where costumes are highly encouraged and we bring the Halloween spirit to life!! Kids 11 and under participate for free, and all registration fees support the Halloween Parade production. The race kicks off at 9 AM on October 31st, starting and finishing at Giorgetti Park. The stroller-friendly route follows the Creek Path to Meadow Street and back — perfect for families, walkers, and runners alike.Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age division, along with prizes for best costumes. Please note: there are no road closures for this event, and traffic support will end at 10 AM.
📝 Registration Required — Closes October 29 at 11 PM
👟 Ages 12 & up: $20 (includes t-shirt, register by October 23rd to get a shirt on race day)
👟 Ages 5–11: Free with registration if participating on foot (not in strollers or wagons)
👶 Ages 4 & under & other passengers: Free — no registration required if not walking on their own

Stick around after the race for the Fall Fun Festival After Party — a FREE, family-friendly celebration open to everyone!

🎶 Hosted by: Alliance Community Fellowship with music and announcements from Big Handsome Entertainment.
Enjoy music, games, and giveaways while cheering on our costumed runners! The Award Ceremony for race winners and best costumes will take place at 10:00 AM.
Not running? No problem — come for the party and help us celebrate the season!
