5:15 pm: Costume contests: (1) Individual, (2) Group, (3) Stroller
5:30 pm: Halloween PARADE*
- 8:00 pm: Trick-or-treating**
* The parade this year will head west on Rose then South on Reinicke, ending at the West End Bike Shop.
** After the parade, everyone is encouraged to trick-or-treat freely. We won’t be stopping anyone from going door-to-door after 8 PM. This time is listed because the little kid activity in our neighborhood winds down significantly after sunset.
