Pumpkin Carving WorkshopJoin Tony, At Squirrel At Wellsborough to create your own carved pumpkin!
The images used on this promotional material are pumpkins that Tony has carved for his family – Templates may represent more simple designs!
This experience is suitable for pumpkin carving beginners & those with some experience.
During this session you will:
-Select a pumpkin from a variety available.
-Cut off the crown of your pumpkin
Scoop out the seeds & fibres (anyone for pumpkin pie?)
-Choose a design template from the selection available or sketch out your own design!
-Transfer a design outline onto your pumpkin
-Use the tools provided to carve out your design & add texture/definition
You will be provided with a battery powered tealight to add a safe glow to your finished halloween pumpkin!
When: Sunday 27th October
Time: 4pm - 6.30pm
Cost: £25pp to include a warm welcome, tuition, pumpkin, a hot drink & seasonal treats
Safety Note: The use of sharp tools is required during this workshop. This workshop is aimed at Adults, however children are welcome if accompanied by an adult & if it is understood that an adult will be required to complete all elements requiring the use of sharp tools.
Top Tip: Warm something warm & that you don’t mind getting pumpkin on!
