Join us at the Path and Pathfinders Annual Women of Mission Gala on October 17, 2026, as we celebrate and honour remarkable women.
A key part of the Paths & Pathfinder Program is the Annual Women of Mission Gala (formerly known as the Annual Celebration of Women). Held in October as part of Women’s History Month in Canada, the event acknowledges both the exceptional and every day real life contributions of women. This year is also significant for the Paths and Pathfinders Program as it is our 30th anniversary documenting and preserving women's history in our community.
This year’s gala is being held on Saturday, October 17th at All Saints Anglican Church Hall doors open at 1 PM and the program begins at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $20 plus fees and must be PRE-PURCHASED through Eventbrite.
On October 17, 2026, we are honouring: Janet Chalmers, a dedicated Rotarian who is a champion of efforts to fight food insecurity and a strong labour advocate; Ofelia Flores, a dedicated advocate empowering families of children with exceptional needs to navigate life's challenges; Helen McElroy, a passionate volunteer whose life-long work and outreach supports vulnerable community members.
