Bethany’s Home Sweet Haunted Home sits along one of Jackson’s oldest corridors—and its history is anything but quiet.
This property was a brothel and boarding house, later housing a saloon and gambling space, all within a town shaped by the Gold Rush. The stories tied to this location are not vague or speculative—murders, drownings, and mining accidents are part of the documented history of the people who lived and died here.
Today, that history hasn’t stayed in the past.
Bethany’s has gained national attention, even being featured on a Forbes list of notable haunted stays, drawing visitors from far beyond Gold Country.
For this CalaSCAREus ghost hunt, you’ll have access to the home using professional equipment. We’ll move through the space together, combining real history with hands-on paranormal investigation.
