6th Annual Longest Dinner Table 2026

TABLES GO ON SALE FRIDAY 5/1 @ 10AM PST!

We're thrilled to gather once again to celebrate our wonderful community. This year, we're expanding the festivities to accommodate 140 tables, making it our longest table yet! The evening will be filled with costumes, decorations, an epic potluck dinner, and dancing to jams by Jenes N The Juice.

As in previous years, we'll be organizing by individual tables for 6 guests. Secure your table by purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite (on May 1st) until they sell out.

Remember: Only one person needs to buy the table, and then it is up to you to fill it with 5 other people.

Best Table Contest:

We will continue the tradition of awarding the coveted “Best Table” award and epic Trophy for theme, decorations, and energy! Get inspired by last year's winners by checking out our Instagram page.

Decide if you want to be a table leader. Can you rally 5 friends or family members and coordinate the meal and decorations? Great. Buy your table through this Eventbrite page on May 1 at 10am. You're in charge of filling the seats at your own table.

Start creating the best table theme possible. Each table seats 6 people and is its own self-contained potluck, so find 5 friends or family to join you. Each table leader should assign someone to an entree, appetizer, dessert, and/ or beverages. Also, please coordinate who will bring plates, cups, and cutlery.

Start emailing your friends and see if you can get someone else to take on that responsibility. We created a Facebook group where you can look for a few extra seats from another table, or, if you need to fill your table, find some guests to join you!

***Remember- We will provide the tables, chairs, and white tablecloths!***

3:00-5:00 PM - Set Up Your Table

5:00 PM - Event Kicks Off & Music Begins

5:30 - BYOB Cocktail Hour

6:30 PM - Dinner

8:00 PM - Music & Dancing

$180 per table.

This year, 100% of our ticket proceeds will support the and their incredible work right here in South Lake Tahoe to empower youth, improve literacy, and expand food security. They stepped up massively last year to coordinate our volunteers, and we are thrilled to announce they have joined the Longest Table Team to help us grow and improve the event even more this year!

This year we are excited to offer unloading zones for guests to pull up near their table, drop-off supplies, food, decorations, etc. and then go repark. Volunteers will be onsite to help unload or transport your supplies to your table with wagons. Plus, this year we will have medical staff on site near Tamarack Ave in case there's any issues or emergencies. Then you will also find increased signage for restrooms and water refill stations, a stage setup for the band, a welcome area and info booth with more volunteers to answer any questions!

The Lake is why we moved here, and the community is why we stay.
