As the veil between realms grows thin and shadows dance in the flickering candlelight, Lady Hemlock cordially invites you to her Third Charity Halloween Ball! Join us on the haunted night of Saturday, November 1st, at the spine-chilling Archdales 73 Club, where phantoms and revellers alike shall unite for a night of eerie enchantment—all in aid of St Richard’s Hospice. All dance styles are welcome. Unleash your creativity and embrace the Halloween spirit!DOORS: Entry at the stroke of 7:00 PM
RITUAL: Dancing shall commence at 7:30 PM
HAUNT: Archdales 73 Club, Windermere Dr, Worcester WR4 9HB
PARKING: Worry not, for a large, free on-site car park awaits with 57 spaces for thy carriages.
FACILITIES: Ample well-lit restrooms with mirrors, including one for disabled guests.
PERFORMANCE SLOTS: We seek brave souls to take the stage! Solo and group performance slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your slot by purchasing a ticket for £10 via PayPal (select *friends & family*). Troupe leader payment secures a group slot (please ensure to provide the names of those who shall partake).
MUSIC: To keep the music diverse, we invite you to submit your preferred tracks as soon as possible (up to 5 minutes in MP3 format, 320kbps preferred).
INTRO: Craft a short introduction of yourself for our otherworldly compere to weave your tale into the night.
COSTUME: Unleash your inner demon! A terrifying prize awaits the one crowned best dressed!
SEATING: Upon entry, your name shall be summoned from our list, and you will be guided to your designated haunt. For those attending as a troupe, we shall do our utmost to seat ye together.
FOOD & DRINK: Sweet Halloween tricks and treats scattered upon each table to sink your fangs into. Should you have dietary needs, such as vegetarian or vegan appetites, do let us know! Bring your own snacks to satisfy your cravings, but all soft drinks, spirits, and boos must be procured from the bar (Cash & Card accepted).
RAFFLE: In loving memory of our dear departed Mum, Christine Lee, we gather treasures aplenty for St Richard’s Hospice, supporting their Family Support & Bereavement Services. Bring spare coins and test your fortune in our spooky raffle! Prices: £2 per strip or three strips for £5.
CHARITY: All proceeds from the event will go directly to St Richard’s Hospice, a registered charity dedicated to providing free, expert care to adults living with incurable illnesses, and practical, emotional, and bereavement support for their loved ones.
