A fun way to explore the history of Dallas with a spooky twist to this historical park. The Junkyard Haunted House is excited to collaborate with the Dallas Parks Department to provide the city with a Haunted House experience at City Park in Dallas. Yes, the real haunted houses will be available for spooky night visits on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday nights in October 2026. We are set to open October 2, 2026 at 8:00pm at 1515 S Harwood St, Dallas, TX. This will be the biggest collection of haunted houses in Dallas. Enjoy a stroll through 22 acres of spooky trail at Junkyard Haunted House at City Park. And not to mention a visit into the notoriously haunted Millermore Mansion located within the Junkyard Haunted House at City Park.This event will feature 7 different haunted houses plus a terrifying scare grounds around this 22 acre park in Downtown Dallas. Don’t forget to take some pictures with some classic scary guys! And stop for some refreshments as several local vendors will be set up selling snacks, drinks, & various Halloween trinkets.
If you’re not familiar with the history of City Park in Dallas…now is the time to do! Yes, this place is haunted! Search it up on Google…the name has changed over the years and may be under “Dallas Heritage Village” or “Old City Park”. Happy Hunting!
