Grab your friends, throw on your favorite horror tee, and roam a brewery packed with scares, craft beer, and horror vendors.

This isn’t your average movie night.
The film plays across multiple screens throughout the brewery—no seats, no silence, no rules. Walk, sip, mingle, and catch two killer indie horror shorts. No theater. No rows. Just beer, chaos, and horror energy.

By attending A Nightmare on Elm Street (“the Event”) hosted by Night Frights LA, all participants, attendees, vendors, staff, filmmakers, and volunteers (“Attendees”) acknowledge:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Participation in public events involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or other harm—arising from lighting, fog machines, props, sound, crowd congestion, or… Freddy Krueger.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
By entering the Event, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and waive claims against Night Frights LA, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, vendors, partners, and venue (including Atlantucky Brewing) for injury, illness (including COVID-19), loss, or damage.

RELEASE:
Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:
In case of injury or emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment as deemed necessary, understanding organizers assume no responsibility for costs or outcomes.
