Built in 1853 in the hills of Cattaraugus County, New York. Every family that moved in was driven out. A priest from St. Bonaventure University performed an exorcism on the house and on the youngest child living there. It failed. Ed and Lorraine Warren were called in. Nothing worked. The Dandy family fled after four years of relentless paranormal activity and never came back.
Since then, four shallow graves have been discovered in the yard containing the remains of two adults and two children. Nobody knows who they are. Nobody knows who buried them.
The house is now owned by paranormal investigator Dan Klaes, and the activity has never stopped. Shadow figures in the bedrooms. Disembodied voices captured on audio. Physical contact from unseen hands in the living room where the exorcism took place. The basement, with its dirt floor and stacked stone walls, produces the most intense negative energy on the property.
The surrounding woods have produced unexplained chanting, drumming, and the sound of Native American flute music with no source ever found.
