Includes ammo, an event patch, limited prizes, and a banquet dinner provided by the Range and Target Activities Committee. If interested, please see page two for how to sign-up.
Registration for our Halloween Fest Weekends will open on June 1, 2026. Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close on October 1, 2026, or when attendance on each weekend reaches 225+/- scouts and adults.
Units should check with the Range and Target Activities Committee Rep. ([email protected]) prior to signing up with Council to make sure that space is available on the weekend they’d like to attend. All fees will be paid to GNYC Council via Black Pug. An event link for Black Pug will be forwarded to all units selected to attend these weekends.
When contacting the Range and Target Activities Committee please supply the following information:
Name; unit number; email address; number of scouts and adults estimated to attend; weekend you’d like to attend; do you have Certified Instructors in your unit, and if so, what discipline are they certified in. Thank you.
NOTE: for GHVC members, TMR is close enough for a 1-day excursion and recommended. the event and banquet will all take place on Saturday. if anyone wishes to camp as a unit, GNYC will need to be contacted to rent a site.
