COSTUME CULTURE
👻 You don’t need to go full theatrical, but this night is about the look. Make it iconic, creative, stylish or simply bold. Our roaming photographers and costume judges will be watching for standout fits. 📸 Post your best shot on Instagram and tag @downtowncrawlers to enter the contest. Winners will be announced the week after the crawl.

REFUND & SERVICE POLICY:

We’re committed to creating memorable experiences for all our participants. While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, certain situations may arise where refunds are not applicable.

No Refunds for the Following Situations:
- No-shows or failure to attend the event after purchase.
- Missing the mandatory event check-in time or failing to follow check-in instructions.
- Lost or misplaced wristbands, which are required for event participation.
- Being denied entry into a venue due to venue policies, personal conduct, dress code violations, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Being denied a welcome shot at any venue. Please note, serving welcome shots is at the discretion of the venue staff and depends on individual circumstances, such as customer behavior or state alcohol laws.

Welcome Shots/Treats:
- Complimentary welcome shots/treats are provided at the discretion of each participating venue. Availability may vary based on capacity and supply.
- Welcome shots/treats are not unlimited, and once a venue runs out, we encourage guests to visit other participating bars to redeem their welcome shot/treat.
- Wristband tabs must be used to claim welcome shots/treats and are only valid at designated locations.

Alternative Compensation:
Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to an upcoming event may be issued.

Ticket Transferability:
If you cannot attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. Simply provide them with the ticket and inform us of the name change.

Event Changes:
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venues, or participating bars due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the event will continue as planned with comparable venues or experiences. Refunds will not be issued due to these adjustments.

Weather Policy:
All events are held rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather unless the event is canceled in its entirety by Downtown Crawlers.
