Pup Festival is a party for DOGS and their people with dog-centric activities, programming, and entertainment. Our mission is to give spoiled dogs a day of fun while helping less fortunate dogs.

By RSVP’ing to the event you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of High Street Phoenix, its agents and representatives and Pup Festival LLC from any claim whatsoever for liability injury and loss or damage of any kind to any third party arising out of any activity that the undersigned may participate in or hold at High Street Phoenix or participate in that is in any way connected with this event. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of High Street Phoenix and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event.

The owner of High Street Phoenix, its agents and representatives, and Pup Festival LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in the Pup Festival dog event. In consideration of my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers, and hazards associated with my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself, my animal, and/or others).

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.

By RSVPing you agree to receive marketing communications. By submitting the RSVP form you accept future offers from us and/or partners. I understand that I may opt out of receiving such communications anytime. By submitting this form and RSVPing, you explicitly consent to receive marketing emails and communications from Pup Festival LLC and event vendors about products and services.

CROWD RELEASE/NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering an event or program of Pup Festival LLC you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release publication exhibition or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Pup Festival LLC and its initiatives including by way of example only use on websites in social media news and advertising.

By entering the event premises you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event including without limitation any right to inspect or approve the photo video or audio recording of you any claims for invasion of privacy violation of the right of publicity defamation and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
