WAIVER, RELEASE & CONSENT AGREEMENT

By RSVPing to attend Pup Festival at High Street Phoenix, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Assumption of Risk

You understand that participating in a dog event involves inherent risks (including potential injury to yourself, your animal, or others) and voluntarily assume all such risks.

2️⃣ Release of Liability

You waive and release Pup Festival LLC, High Street Phoenix, and their agents, volunteers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from all claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

3️⃣ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, costs, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your participation.

4️⃣ Medical Consent

You consent to receive medical treatment if needed and accept responsibility for any related costs.

5️⃣ Photography/Video Release

You grant the organizers permission to use photos, videos, or recordings of you and your animal for any lawful purpose without compensation.

6️⃣ Group RSVPs

By RSVPing for a group, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for all participants and agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any claims if any participant did not agree.

7️⃣ Binding Effect

This agreement binds you and your heirs, executors, and representatives. If any part is invalid, the remainder remains effective.

8️⃣ Marketing Communications

By RSVPing, you consent to receive marketing from Pup Festival LLC, its partners, and affiliates, and to the collection, use, sharing, and/or sale of your contact information (name, email, phone) to third parties. You may opt out anytime by calling (310) 801‑6243.
