TICKETS COMING SOONStep into the shadowy edges of the forest and gather for an evening of storytelling rooted in the folklore of American logging camps. “Fearsome creatures” were the legendary, often absurd creatures imagined by 19th and early 20th-century lumberjacks, shared around campfires to entertain, explain the unknown, and initiate newcomers into life in the woods.
At this Forest Pub, these tales come to life through live storytelling, evoking the humor, mystery, and cultural traditions of logging camp life. Passed down through generations, these stories reveal how people have made meaning of the forest, using imagination to navigate isolation, danger, and wonder.
