This is a fun flow yoga class. In keeping with Halloween, we ask you to dress up somewhat where you can still move freely. Music will be Spooky and cookie!We will do it with UV lighting if you wear something that will glow, it will make this a class not to forget!
Join us for this special class, followed by a wee Halloween party!! Spaces are very limited!
