Third Thursdays are special in downtown Danville. Your favorite shops and eateries will be open from 5pm to 8pm with specials and promos just for you. The Downtown Entertainment District will be active, meaning you can “sip and stroll” with your drinks while enjoying downtown Danville.Invite your besties to enjoy a spooky evening of shopping and fun. Highlights include:
🧉Cauldron Crawl - the downtown restaurants & bars will have drink specials. Are you brave enough to try The Zombie??
👻Downtown Ghost Tour with The Boyle County Public Library Story Center & West T. Hill Community Theatre - grab a drink from your favorite bar/restaurant and join the tour to learn some of Danville's spooky history.
🧙♀️Witchy Costume Contest - 7pm at Weisiger Plaza. Prizes for best costume, best witch's cackle, and best wart (real or prosthetic).
🧹Broom-Making Demonstration - 5pm to 7pm outside The Hub Coffee House, with Becky Soules - the Collections & Education Director at Shaker Village.
🧙♀️Self-Paced Witch Trivia at Plaid Elephant Books - test your knowledge of the famous witches of literature. Plus, enjoy 30% any one item if you are in costume!
