Before there was Halloween, there was Samhain. Samhain is the ancient Celtic summer’s end. As the harvest concludes and the world tilts toward the stillness of winter, we gather to honor the sacred threshold where the veil grows thin.

For our ancestors, this was the Celtic New Year. A potent time of death and rebirth. Just as the earth prepares for its winter sleep, we come together to honour the natural cycles we are part of.

We have the wonderful Kat joining us to offer tarot readings, and for those open to it messages from loved ones in spirit. I appreciate this may be way out some people's comfort zone - and that's ok. It is totally optional gift for those wanting to recieve it. Kat is gentle, intutitive and kind. She's all about healing and has a deep connection with nature and a passion for supporting folx to bring magic, peace and joy into their lives. Derby Women’s Circle is a cosy, welcoming space where women come together to rest, reconnect, and be themselves.

Our circles offer a gentle mix of conversation, reflection, guided meditation, and the simple joy of sharing space with others. You don’t need any prior experience or knowledge — just a willingness to show up and be part of a supportive community.

Each gathering is a little different, but you can expect:
🌿 A warm, inclusive environment (we are proudly LGBT+ inclusive).
🍵 Herbal tea and space to unwind.
🌕 Guided meditation and grounding practice (please bring a yoga mat as you'll be invited to lie down for a body scan meditation).
💬 Opportunities to reflect, connect, and share.
