Create your own unique cauldron or All Hallows Eve pumpkin this year, come along to the studio and create your very own cauldron, jack-o-lantern or treat jar. You will be provided with a wheel-thrown base in a pale clay, then shown techniques to hand build on top, carve and decorate as you turn your piece into your very own creation. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced potters.I will carefully dry your piece before its first firing then glaze it in the studio glaze of your choice and fire it in the kiln. It will be ready for collection from the studio in 2-3 weeks.
The class will run on the 4th Oct to allow time for your pieces to be fired and enjoyed prior to and on All Hallows Eve. On the rare occasion any breakages occur during the firing process, I will repair them to the bet of my ability. However, if your piece is unable to be repaired, you will be offered the opportunity to remake it or a full refund.
