Just in time for Halloween, Vicky Heffner returns to lead this class in creating a basket, when turned upside down, looks like a cat’s head! Please bring along these items: 10 spring clothespins, bucket, old pair of scissors, ruler or tape measure, flathead screwdriver, towel.Supply cost: $40 – checks or cash payable to Vicky Heffner day of program.
