About this Event

🔪🎃 80s Horror Trivia Night + Dress-Up Contest 🎃🔪

📼 The decade was loud. The hair was huge. The body count was higher.

Step into the blood-soaked glory of 80s horror for a trivia night packed with slashers, monsters, cult classics, scream queens, and movies that made an entire generation afraid to answer the phone, go camping, or fall asleep.

From Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm Street to The Shining, The Lost Boys, Child’s Play, The Evil Dead and beyond — expect iconic moments, killer quotes, recognizable villains, deep cuts, and questions that separate casual horror fans from the people who definitely watched these movies way too young.

📣 Planning to join us?
Eventbrite registration helps us track interest, but it does not reserve a table.
To secure seating, please call Mr. Schnapps Pub & Grill directly at 403-454-3750 to book your table.

And this isn’t just trivia.

👻 We’re having a DRESS-UP CONTEST.

Come as your favourite 80s horror character, villain, victim, final girl, or nightmare fuel of your choosing. Go simple or go completely unhinged — just make it memorable.

🔥 What to expect

🧠 Fast-paced 80s horror trivia

No apps. No phones needed to answer. Just your team, your answer sheet, and whatever terrifying amount of horror knowledge you’ve been carrying around since the VHS era.

This is one of those nights where showing up in costume is half the fun and getting a table is the other half.

Call the venue to reserve your spot, start planning that costume, and don’t wait until the last minute — horror fans come out of the woodwork for this one.
