Let’s get the energy HIGH before Halloween night!
Join Alyssa + Terrel for a special 75-minute Halloween edition of Buti + Beats.
Buti Movement is a music-driven practice blending dynamic movement, strength, cardio, mobility, deep core work, and intuitive movement.
We’ll move, sweat, play, turn up the music, and bring our Buti communities together for an afternoon of movement and Halloween fun.
We’ll finish by bringing the energy back down with an extended savasana accompanied by live sound with Terrel.
Costumes are encouraged and completely optional. If you do dress up, make sure you can comfortably move and sweat in your costume.
Come ready to move, have fun, and get the energy HIGH before Halloween night. 🎃
