For 31 years we have gathered every March 15th, in the southern flung reaches of Pittsburgh, to warn the good people of the impending March March, while we celebrate absolutely everything and simultaneously nothing at all! Let the dog's heads be held high and wear the frippery that makes you feel phabulous!
