A fall weekend in Asheville, NC with Veronika Kruta and Pedro Farias from Buenos Aires! Including 4 milongas, 6 classes, waterfall hike, yoga class, clothing swap, photo booths, tango shoe silent auction, potluck social, and more!!!

Our weekly classes will be taught by Veronika and Pedro for locals and anyone that can stay a bit longer. Intermediate 6-7pm, Beginners 7-8pm

Veronika and Pedro have been dancing tango for 20 years and teaching for the past 15, in Argentina, Brazil, the US, Canada and Europe.

“Clear, precise, energetic and encouraging” is often the type of feedback we receive from our students. We are passionate about seeing our students dancing confidently and vibrantly. Our classes are progressive so that students can feel grounded in the basics in order to access more complex options. We love to encourage fluidity in embrace styles to match the music, different partners, and dynamics.

In addition to teaching tango, Pedro also plays in the tango band La Mucha Tango as well as two cumbia bands. His teaching of tango is often infused with his expertise as a musician. Veronika draws on her background as a yoga teacher to bring functional movement anatomy and body awareness into her dance instruction.
